Reservations Administrator
Full Time Position
Salary commensurate with experience
Experienced reservations administrator, ideally from a travel or entertainment booking environment, required to run our busy reservations office and ticketing system at New Alresford. The position requires a confident personality with excellent customer communication skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work to deadlines and under the pressure of changing operations. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining bookings for special events, dining, real ale, footplate experiences, groups, schools and special hire. You will liaise with relevant managers and distribute reports, using both manual records and the online booking system to manage and process bookings, print and despatch tickets. A proficient level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, is therefore essential; experience of online content management systems and e-commerce would be useful.
